Land Records for Ephraim Adams

1 Jan 1789: Ephraim Adams Jr. to his father, Ephraim Adams for 700 pounds: sold land back to his father; the original deed was dated 3 Jan 1787. This deed included the farm where Ephraim Adams Sr. was currently living, the buildings, fences and ? on Lots No. 21 and 17in New Ipswich, NH. Recorded 3 Oct 1792. 4 Jan 1799: Edward Buston Long to Ephraim Adams for 39 pounds 12 shillings: one full undivided moiety or half part of the two lots of land in New Ipswich, the whole of which lots contain 66 acres each and are numbered 163 and 164. Part of the original right of John Thomlinson and John Tufton Mason (?). Recorded 2 Oct 1792. (Hillsborough County Deeds, Vol. 30, page 65-66)
