Aaron was a carpenter and a farmer. He continued to reside in Providence, New York or vicinity until about the year 1835, when he removed to Three Rivers, thence, about 1850, to Mendon, both in St. Joseph County, Michigan. There he settled on an ample farm and devoted himself chiefly to its cultivation during his remaining early life.
