Will for Narcissa J. Bradshaw

Johnson County, Iowa, February 13, 1909¹¹³¹⁵

IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN:

I, Narcissa J. Mozier, of the county of Johnson, in the state of Iowa, being of full age and of sound and disposing mind and memory do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.

FIRST: I direct that all my lawful debts, the expense of my last sickness and burial and of the administration of my estate be first paid.

SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved son, William F. Mozier, in consideration of moneys advanced by him, Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) to be his sole and absolute property.

THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my property of every kind and character of which I shall die seized to my beloved sons, Harry P. Mozier and WIlliam F. Mozier, share and share alike.

And I hereby nominate my sons, Harry P. Mozier and WIlliam F. Mozier, to be executors of this my last will and testament, and request they they be allowed to serve without bond.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name at Iowa City, Iowa, this 5th day of November, A.D. 1908.
