D. Lillian Looney
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, 1998, in St. Stephen Lutheran Church in Gladstone for D. Lillian Looney, who died Nov. 25 at age 86.
Mrs. Looney was born June 24, 1912, in Churchville, Iowa. Her maiden name was Bray. She had lived in Gladstone since 1948 and was a homemaker and a member of the church. In 1986, she married Melvin.
Survivors include her husband; daughters, I. Louise Lauer and Maurita Myra, both of Oregon City; stepson, Lonnie Looney of Grants Pass; stepdaughter, Diana West of Castle Rock, Wash.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Interment will be in Mt. View Cemetery. The family suggests remembrances to a favorite charity. Arrangements are by Cochran & Waud Sunset Chapel.
