Mr. W. A. Hammond announces the marriage of his siter, Edna Esther, to Mr. Edward K. Daniels, son of Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Daniels of East Cleveland, which took place June 12. After June 21 Mr. and Mrs. Daniels will take up their residence at 1308 W. 106th street.

Mrs. Daniels, 72, of 308 Winona St., died Monday at Thomas Memorial Hospital after a short illness. Friends may call at the funeral home today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Edward Daniels Sr.

Edward K. Daniels Sr., 74, of 308 Winona St., South Charleston, died today in Thomas Memorial Hospital after a long illness.

Mr. Daniels, a retired instrument engineering for Union Carbide, was a member of the First Baptist Church of South Charleston and member of a Cleveland, Ohio, Masonic Lodge. He was also a member of the Grandparents Club of Charleston and a veteran of World War I.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Shirley Walther of South Charleston; son, Edward, Jr., of Arlington, Va.; sister, Mrs. N. S> Burkett of Cleveland Heights, Ohio.

The family requests donations be made to the National Polio Foundation.

Friends will be received from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. The body is at the Snodgrass Funeral Home.
