Bridal Pair Sojourning At Lake Tahoe

PASO ROBLES—Sojourning at Lake Tahoe for two weeks are Mr. and Mrs. George Davis (Betty Lyle), who were married in a quiet ceremony at Carson City, Nev., Sept. 3.

Bridal attire of Miss Lyle was a tailored costume of earth brown and green. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Lyle and an alumna of Paso Robles high school, completing her education at San Jose State college.

The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Davis Sr. of Lompoc and was graduated from Lompoc high school. He was employed in Paso Robles by the Standard Oil company for the past four years before being transferred last year to San Luis Obispo.

Among the prenuptial favors extended the bride was a shower given Tuesday evening by Mrs. Dulls Dobson at her home.

Guests occupied themselves by preparing individual autobiographies, using narrative and pictures, as a scrap book for the honoree.

Present, besides the guest of honor were Mrs. Florence Lyle, Mrs. Grace Lyle, the Misses Lois, Beverly, Barbara, and Patsy Lyle, Caroline Dobson, Shirley and Jane Reinke, Carol Campbell, Winnie Kitchen, Virginia and Billy Jones, Dorothy Clark, Pauline Frogge, Alta McWilliams, Doris Matney, Elizabeth Jacues, Alice June Rougeot, Agnes Welles and the hostess.
