The wedding of Miss Irma Aucker, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. C. Aucker, 116 Thirty-first street, Camp Hill, to Robert LeRoy Deardorf, son of Mr. and Mrs. I. P. Deardorf, 312 Market street, Lemoyne, took place yesterday afternoon in the Camp Hill Church of God. The Rev. George B. Williams performed the ceremony.
Mrs. John Barber attended the bride as matron of honor, and Donald Shover, of Lemoyne, was best man. Ushers were Harold Clemens, of this city, and Harold Fasick, of Lemoyne. The wedding music was played by Mrs. William Fish, of York.
Mrs. Deardorf was graduated from the Camp Hill High School and from the Central Pennsylvania Business College. Her husband is a graduate of the Lemoyne High School.

Mrs. Erma Mae Deardorf, 61, of 32 N. 8th St., Lemoyne, died Saturday in the Community General Osteopathic Hospital. She was an Asst. Administrator for the Dept. of General Services Authority. A member of Calvary United Methodist Church, Lemoyne. Survived by her husband, Robert L. Deardorf mother, Mrs. Anna R. Aucker; brother, George W. Aucker, Camp Hill; 2 sisters, Mrs. Ann Severine of Philadelphia & Mrs. Elizabeth Wakefield of Camp Hill; 5 nieces and nephews. Services will be held Wednesday 10:30 A.M. at the Myers-Hall Funeral Home, 1903 Market St., Camp Hill, the Rev. Paul H. Kleffel officiating. Interment Rolling Green Cemetery. Robert L. "Roy" Deardorf, 90, of Lemoyne, died April 18, 2006 at ManorCare of Camp Hill.
The son of Irvin and Maude Deardorf, Robert was born in Lemoyne on May 22, 1914.
He was educated in the Lemoyne Schools and graduated from the former Lemoyne High School in the class of 1933. Mr. Deardorf was employed by the former Valley Transportation Co., Lemoyne, Radio Distributing Company, Harrisburg and retired from AMP, Inc., Carlisle, Plant.
Roy was a 79 year member of Calvary United Methodist Church, Lemoyne and served in various office, including President of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the Finance Committee. He was a member of the Men's Bible Class and a 73 year member of the Senior Choir. He was a member of West Shore F&AM Lodge #681, Camp Hill; Harrisburg Consistory and Zembo shrine, where he belonged to the Usher's Unit and Antique Car Unit. He was also a member of the National Antique Car Association and Lemoyne Senior Citizens. Roy spent many years as an antique and flea market dealer, where he made many friends and associates.
In addition to his parents, Roy was predeceased by his wife, Irma (Aucker) Deardorf and a sister, Gladys Deardorf. He is survived by two sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Wakefield of Hershey, and Alesea (Ann) Severine of Fort Myers, FL; three nephews, Malcolm G. Wakefield of Hummelstown, George R. Severine of Danielle, MD and David N. Severine of Drexel Hills, two nieces, Lucinda Wakefield of Hershey and Patricia McConegly of McMurray. Roy is sadly missed by his two care givers, Mr. and Mrs. Darryl Williams of York and the many church family and community members who lovingly called him "Uncle Roy."
Services will be held at the Musselman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 324 Hummel Avenue, Lemoyne of Friday, April 22nd at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Memorial Fund of his church, 700 Market Street, Lemoyne, PA 17043.
