M [unreadable] Tenth avenue east, announce the engagement of their daughter, Joyce Marie, to Roy Stanger, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Stanger, 135 Eighth avenue east, Twin Falls.
Stanger graduated from Twin Falls high school in 1945. Miss Drown will graduate this coming [unreadable] was recently elected president of the Alpha Nu social club in high school.
Stanger is now working on a ranch near Hansen. While in high school he was affiliated with the R. K. boys club and was a prominent member on the football team.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Kimberly LDS ward chapel for Mrs. Roy Stanger and her two children, Christina Rae and David Layne Stanger, who died as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident near Kimberly last Monday.
Between 500 and 600 friends and neighbors of the Stanger family attended the services conducted by Bishop Floyd H. Olsen. The bishop also read the obituary. A musical reading was given by Mrs. Eulalia Bennett and the invocation by Elder L. D. Robbins.
Sylvia, Melba and Margaret Whittle sang accompanied by Mrs. Edith Whittle on the piano. Other speakers were Elder E. J. Morgan and Elder P. L. Lawrence. Soloists were Mrs. Helen McVey and Elder George Bennett. Another reading was given by Mrs. Roy Wood while the benediction was red by Elder J. R. Bingham. Mrs. Marjorie Pond was the organist.
Pallbearers were Edwin D. Cockett, Ray C. Condi, Reed Johnson, Clarence Heath, Garth Morrill, Reed Crystal and four members of Boy Scout Troop 43, Ardell Shockley, Robert Ronney, Charles Greason and Eddie Heath.
Primary officers and teachers of the Kimberly ward of the LDS church served as flower ladies. Bishop Olsen dedicated the graves at Sunset Memorial park following the services at Kimberly. Prior to leaving the White Mortuary chapel, a family prary was given by A. J. Stanger.

WELLS.—Three members of an Idaho family have died from injuries received in an auto accident near Kimberly, Idaho, last Monday afternoon. A fourth is in serious condition in a Salt Lake hospital where she was taken for surgery.
Dead are Mrs. Roy Stanger, 26, her son, David, four months, and daughter, Christina, 5. Carla, age 3, injured seriously is in the Salt Lake hospital.
Mrs. Stanger was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Drown, former Elko residents, now living in Reno. Mrs. Drown was formerly Orpha Lyon and was reared in Metropolis.
The accident occurred when Mrs. Stanger drove her sedan through a yield-the-right-of-way sign at a crossroads and crashed into a beet truck. The speedometer on the sedan froze at 60 miles an hour.
Funeral services were held in Kimberly Friday for all members of the family from the LDS church. Mr. and Mrs. Drown were not informed of the accident immediately as they were en route to Reno from a trip to southern California. She was also a niece of Mrs. John Bake of Wells.
