Thomas Earl Dies at 79

Spent 35 Years With George M. Jones Co.

Thomas B. Earl, 79, who was associated with the George M. Jones Co. and affiliated companies for 35 years, died Monday in his home at 323 Kenilworth Avenue.

Born in Toledo, Mr. Earl had spent his life here and prior to his connection with the Jones coal interests had been with the New York Central Railroad. He formerly was treasurer of the Jones Co. In the last few years he had been inactive due to ill health.

He leaves his widow, Lottie, and a daughter, Mrs. Lucius Hughes of Toledo.

Services will be at the Parks & Emmert Mortuary at 2 p. m. THursday. Burial will be in Memorial Park.

Lottie E. Earl

Mrs. Lottie E. Earl, 323 Kenilworth Ave., died today in her home after a long illness. She was 88.

A daughter, Mrs. Blanche Hughes, survives.

The Rev. Arthur Olsen, pastor of the First Unitarian Church, will conduct services at 2:30 p. m. Monday in the Ira Garner Funeral Home. Burial will be in Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery.
