Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd F. Blake Jr. were married at Coeur d'Alene September 30. Mrs. Blake is the former Dorothy Englesby, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Englesby, E1728 Olympic, and is a graduate of John Rogers high school. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd F. Blake of Seattle, and is a graduate of the University of Washington. Mr. Blake has left for Tennessee where he is a cade in the army air coprs. Mrs. Blake will join him there shortly.

Service for John O.L. Davis, 79, is set for 1 p.m. today at Hazen and Jaeger Valley Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Greenwood Memorial Park.
Mr. Davis, who died Sunday, was born in Delta, Utah.
He served in the Army during World War II.
He had lived in Spokane for 60 years and was an automotive service manager for Madren Brothers and North Side Dodge. He had also worked as a mechanic for Barton Oldsmobile.
Mr. Davis was a member of the Experimental Aircraft Association.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years; two sons, Mike Davis of Conrad, Mont., and Dan Young of Carnation, Wash.; one daughter, Bobbi Davis-Long of Spokane; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Davis, who died October 5, was born in Spokane, Washington, to Ralph and Georgia Englesby. She had lived most of her life in Spokane, except during part of WWII. She was married to John O.L. Davis for fifty years prior to his passing in 1996.
She was a graduate of Kinman Business University as an accountant and completed many additional courses in real estate and business during her career. She was a controller of William Main Corporation, and accountant for many larger businesses in Spokane, and a president of Executive Women's International. Dorothy was nominated for Business Woman of the Year in Spokane.
Survivors include her two sons, Mike Davis of Conrad, MT, and Dan Young of Martinez, CA, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A private service will be held.
