Greenville Man Is Killed In 1-Car Crash

GREENVILLE, Ohio — Norbert S. Finfrock, 56, Hunt apartments, Wayne and Birt Streets, Greenville, was killed shortly after 2 a.m. Tuesday when his car ran off the road on U.S. 127, one mile north of here.

An employe of the Maid Rite Sandwich Shop in Greenville, Finfrock was traveling north when his car veered of the right side of the road.

After the driver had brought the car back onto the road he apparently lost control and the vehicle lunged off the left side, striking a tree and a telephone pole, according to investigating officers.

Finfrock suffered multiple injuries. The accident was investigated by the officers of the Greenville post of the Ohio State Patrol.

Finfrock came from the Versailles, Ohio, area.

GREENVILLE, Ohio — Services for Mr. Finfrock will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Miller-Hill Funeral Home in Versailles with Rev. Neal D. Newlin officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.

Survivors include the widow, Lottie; one son, Norbert Gene, and one sister, Mrs. Fairy Lenich of Dayton.
