COURSE OF TRUE LOVE DIDN'T RUN SMOOTHLY

Ray J. Foster is not finding the "Course of true love running smoothly." He was married on Tuesday to Miss Hazel Anderson of Queen Junction, by Justice E. T. Peffer. The honeymoon was suddenly and bitterly interrupted when Foster was arrested by Sheriff Stoner and placed in jail on a capias in trespass made by Mrs. Joanna Lojero of Harrisville.

Foster was unable to satisfy the bail which was fixed at $300 and was placed in jail. Afterwards A. M. Campbell, Walter Frazier and A. M. Anderson went his bond and he was discharged from jail until the trial for the case.

Mrs. Lojero alleges that Foster made slanderous statements concerning her and has asked $5,000 to compensate her in the way of damages. Efforts made by friends to accomplish a settlement failed.
