WEST LEBANON — Retired employee of Harrison Steel Castings Co., Archie Greenwood, 67, died at 8:35 p.m. Friday in Carle Clinic at Urbana, Ill. He had been hospitalized four days and ill since January.
Born in Johnsonville, Warren County, he was a life resident of the area and had resided at Rt. 1, West Lebanon, since 1942.
In 1937 he was married at Otterbein, to Mary Hall, who survived.
Mr. Greenwood was a 1930 graduate of Williamsport High School and was employed at Harrison Steel 34 years.
Surviving with the widow are four sons, Tom and John Greenwood, both of Indianapolis, Jim Greenwood of Tyngsboro, Mass., and Bill Greenwood of Pine Village; five sister, Mrs. Frank Mahike and Mrs. Lilly Belle Lappin, both of Lafayette, Mrs. Harold Mourer and Mrs. Wendell Stevenson, both of West Lebanon, and Mrs. Herbert Wilson of Rt. 3, Williamsport; and a brother, Elmer "Jack" Greenwood of Pence.

WEST LEBANON — Mary Emily Hall Greenwood, 76, a Route 1 homemaker, died at 8:45 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, in Community Hospital in Williamsport. She had been in failing health one year.
Born near West Lebanon, Sept. 27, 1916, she lived in Warren County all of her life and graduated from West Lebanon High School in 1934.
She married Archie Greenwood Dec. 24, 1937, in Otterbein. He died May 2, 1980.
Mrs. Greenwood was a member of West Lebanon Presbyterian Church and Pike Home Economics Club for 26 years and serving as the club's secretary for years. She enjoyed reading and raising flowers.
Surviving are four sons, John Greenwood of Indianapolis, Jim Greenwood of Tyngsboro, Mass., Tom Greenwood of Indianapolis and Bill Greenwood of Hoopeston, Ill.
