Mrs. Moore, 71 years old of 3121 Washington Road, West Palm Beach, died Saturday, October 4, at her home after an extended illness.
A former member of the Orchid Society of West Palm Beach, Mrs. Moore was very active during World War II both in the Red Cross and the U.S.O. Chapters of West Palm Beach.
She is survived by her husband, Walter G. Moore of West Palm Beach, her daughter, Mrs. Victor Johnson of Miami, Florida, a brother, James Irvine of Pueblo, Colorado, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Scripture services will be held 8:00 p.m. Monday at Quattlebaum-Holleman-Burse Funeral Home, 1201 South Olive Avenue, West Palm Beach. A Mass of the Resurrection will be said 9:00 a.m. Tuesday at St. Juliana's Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery, West Palm Beach.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday.

Mr. Moore, 89 years old of 6315 Georgia Avenue, West Palm Beach, died Tuesday, May 13, 1989 after an extended illness. Mr. Moore was the oldest Electrical Contractor in Palm Beach County. He was a charter member and Past President of the Florida East Coast Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Assoc., a member of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors, St. Juliana's Catholic Church, Palm Beach Council #2075, Knights of Columbus, and Father Andrew Doherty General Assembly 4th Degree, Knights of Columbus. He was a Life Member of BPOE 31352, West Palm Beach.
Survivors include his brother Albert Moore of Crystal Springs, Miss., a grandson Robert Johnson of Coral Springs, Fla., and three granddaughters, Candice Woodruff of Denver, Colo., Susan Latka of Portland, Ore., and Truday Myers of Lawrence Kan. A Funeral Mass will be said 1 P.M. today at St. Juliana's Catholic Church with interment to follow in Queen of Peach Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call at Quattlebaum-Holleman-Burse Funeral Home, 1201 South Olive Ave., West Palm Beach, from 10 a.m. till 12 noon today. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make contributions in his memory to St. Juliana's Catholic Church.
