Death of Former Resident

Mrs. Dollie Lewis of Hastings, Nebr., passed away in a Hastings hospital January 8, 1950, after an illness of a year, the past four months of which were spent in a hospital. She had reached the age of 68 years, 5 months and 3 days.

Dollie Harrington was born August 5, 1881, near Reynolds, Nebr. and lived there until her marriage to Clarence Lewis.

Surviving are her husband, Clarence, and two sons, Henry and Howard, and four grandchildren, all of Hastings; four sisters, Mrs. Edith Mumby of Reynolds, Mrs. Lula Curry of Everett, Wash., Mrs. Ethel Groathouse and Mrs. Nora Witt of Riverton, Wyo.; and two brothers, Andrew and Elmer Herrington of Pavilion, Wyo.

Funeral services were conducted at Hastings at 10:30 a. m. with burial at Red Cloud, Nebr. Attending the services from this area were Mrs. Edith Mumby, Leonard and Ivadell Mumby, Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Mumby of Reynolds and Mr. and Mrs. George Mewes of Powell.
