Will and Probate for Newton A. McClung

Fulton County, Indiana, March 12, 1919⁶⁴⁹⁸

In the name of the Benevolent Father of All, I, Newton A. McClung, of said county and state, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do now make and publish this my last will and testametn, hereby revoking any and all other will by me at any time made. Item First, It is my will that after my death all of my just debts, funeral expenses and expenses of last sickness be first paid out of my property.

Item Second, After the payment of all my just debts and expenses as named in Item First above, I will and bequeath the residue of my property, personal, real and mixed to my beloved wife, Elnora O. McClung, to be her property absolute.

Item Third, I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Elnora O. McClung, executrix of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 23rd day of August, 1911.
