I, Augustus C. Scott, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make this my last will and testament.
Item 1. I direct that all of my just debts and funeral expense be first paid out of my estate.
Item 2. I direct that all of my estate after the payment of my debts and funeral expense, whether real or personal, and wherever situated, I do hereby will, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Rachel B. Scott, to be held and owned by hre absolutely and forever.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto signed and subscribed my name at Richmond, Indiana, this 10th day of October, 1918.
