6 Dec 1774: Israel Hobart to Abel Shed of Mason, NH (Yeoman) for 3 pounds 18 shillings, 13 acres of land in Mason at the west ond of Lot No. 3 in the 4th Range. Israel Hobart bought the land from Thomas Terbel, Nathan Hall, Josiah Robbins in their capacity as a Committee for making sale of delinquent proprietors land. Recorded 4 April 1783 (Hillsborough County Deeds, Vol. 11, page 193)

21 Jan 1767: Josiah Stevens to Abel Shed of Groton, Middlesex, MA (Cordwainer) for 16 pounds, 80 acres, No. 4 in the 4th Range of Lot 1. Recorded 4 April 1783 (Hillsborough County Deeds, Vol. 11, page 194)
