In the Name of God, Amen.

I, Addie S. Smith of Durand in the County of Winnebago and State of Illinois being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare, this to be my last Will and Testament:

First, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named pay all my debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.

Second, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give and bequeath to my nephews Harlow E. Sarver Robert Stanley and nieces Mabel Stanley Lottie Stanley and Frances O Sarver all of my property both real an[d] Personal of every kind and character whatsoever to share & share alike except Gold watch and chain of mine I give and bequeath to Frances O Sarver and my Silver Watch & chain I give and bequeath to Harlan E Sarver and one silk dress which I give and bequeath to my niece Lottie Stanley.

Lastly, I make , constitute and appoint Leander C. Sarver to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revokign all former Wills by me.

In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, this Nignth day of February in the year of our Lord one Thousand Nine hundred and Five.

This Instrument, was on the day of the date thereof signed, published and declared by the said testator Addie S. Smith to be her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request have subscribed our names thereto as witnesses in her presence, and in the presence of each other.
