Elder H. W. Studley Sues For Divorce

Elder H. W. Studley, who formerly preached in Library Hall, in this city, has filed complaint against his wife, Anna S. Studley, in the office of the clerk of courts in Tombstone, for divorce. Counsel for the plaintiff are Messrs. Sutter and Baker, of this city. The plaintiff alleges cruelty, while the details are unfit for publication. The trial of the cause will come up at the June term of the District Court.

Mr. Studley reposes at the Greenhoe-VanZee Funeral Home, where services will be held at 2 p. m. Tuesday. Interment Oak Hill cemetery.
