Funeral of Cardston Resident Draws Crowd

CARDSTON, Feb. 25.—Funeral services over the remains of Mrs. Orpha Leavitt Woolf, 44 years of age, wife of Martin Woolf, Jr., son of the former M.L.A. for this constituency, were held in the Cardston Stake Tabernacle. In spite of the very inclement weather a large crowd turned out to show their respects to a devoted wife and mother. Mrs. Woolf was a daughter of Thomas R. Leavitt, one of the pioneers of the Cardston district, coming here from Utah over 40 years ago. She had been ailing for some considerable time but it was not thought her end was so near. She is survived by her husband and nine children.
