Donald Q. Young, 64, 407 East Cherry St., New Paris, died unexpectedly Friday evening at his home. He had been in ill health. He was retired from the Richmond Restaurant Supply Co. and was formerly employed by Bud Reid's Garage.
Survivors include the widow, Christine, and several cousins.
Services for Mr. Young were held Monday at the Kessler Funeral Home, New Paris, with Rev. Wendell Pontius officiating. Burial was in Spring Lawn Cemetery, New Paris.

NEW PARIS, Ohio — Christine Lewis Young, 78, formerlyof 407 E. Cherry St., died Sunday in Cocoa Beach, Fla.
She retired from Wayne Dairy in Richmond, Ind., in 1974 after 43 years' employmen. Her husband, Donald Q. Young, died in 1970.
Survivors include three sisters, Martha Endsley and Jessie Emerson, both of Cocoa Beach, and Elma Earley of Centerville, Ind., and nieces and nephews.
Funeral service for Christine Lewis Young will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Barnes Funeral Home, New Paris Chapel, with the Rev. Edward W. Fugate officiating. Burial will be in Spring Lawn Cemetery.
Friends may call two hours befoer the service at the funeral home.
