He married MARY CORNELIA WADLEIGH on July 1, 1960 in First Congregational Church, Bridgton, Cumberland, Maine,^{3729, 9397} daughter of CORNELIA ELIZABETH FRENCH and CLARENCE BENJAMIN WADLEIGH. She was born in 1926 in New Hampshire, and died May 24, 2012.⁹³⁹⁸

Mary C. Wadleigh Is Bride Of Donald Harvey Austin

BRIDGTON, Me. — Miss Mary Cornelia Wadleigh, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence B. Wadleigh of 15 Mill Rd., Durham, N. H., became the bride of Donald Harvey Austin of Baltimore, Md., son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Austin of Sebring, O., at the First Congregational Church.

Rev. Leslie Rowe performed the double ring candlelight ceremony before an altar decorated with ferns and white gladioli.

Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a street-length gown of white brocade with a matching stole and fintertip veil. She carried an orchid bouquet.

Mrs. Ruth Oberg, sister of the bride and matron of honor, wore a blue gown and carried a bouquet of pink rosebuds.

O. Milton Oberg, brother-in-law of the bride, was best man. Ralph S. Wadleigh was usher.

A reception followed the ceremony at the Wadleigh cottage, Highland Lake. The couple will make their home with the bride's parents.

The bridegroom was graduated from the University of New Hampshire in Durham and has been associate agent for the 4-H Club in New Haven County, Conn. He is a World War II veteran and was employed as a machinist in Baltimore, Md.
