MRS. F. C. BALL DIES IN DENVER HOSPITAL

Mrs. Florence C. Ball, wife of Earl B. Ball, commercial office manager for the Public Service company, died Saturday at St. Luke's hospital after a short illness. She was 38 years old.

Mrs. Ball came to Denver in January, 1925, shortly after her marriage to Mr. Ball at Seattle, Wash., her home. She was born at Hayward, Wis. Her husband was commercial manager for the Western Light & Power company before its consolidation with the Public Service company.

Surviving Mrs. Ball are her husband and her uncle and aunt, Dr. and Mrs. Burt D. Mason of Denver.

Mrs. Earl Basil Ball, Ex-Seattle Teacher, Dies

Word has reached Seattle of the death of Mrs. Earl Basil Ball in Denver, March 9. Mrs. Ball was formerly Miss Florence Connell, for fifteen years a teacher in the Seattle Public Schools. She was married to Mr. Ball on January 24, 1925, and moved to Denver, where she had lived since.

EARL BALL, RETIRED BOOKKEEPER, FOUND DEAD IN HIS HOME

Earl Ball, 52, of 1452 Garfield street, a retired employe of the bookkeeping department of the Public Service Company of Colorado, was found dead in his home of a heart attack Tuesday morning.

Friends of Ball, who lived alone, tried to reach him by telephone Monday afternoon and when they tried him again Tuesday morning without success communicated with neighbors. A neighbor looked thru a window, saw Ball's body in a chair and notified police. Friends said Ball had suffered from heart trouble several years.

He entered the employ of the Public Service Company of Colorado on Sept 27, 1919, and was retired in 1936 because of his health. He was a member of the Park Hill Masonic lodge. He had no relatives, so far as known.
