NEW PARIS WOMAN DIES WHILE SLEEPING

TELLS HER AGED HUSBAND SHE FEELS TIRED AND HE SEES LIFE PASS OUT.

New Paris, O., Dec. 26.—Mrs. Lydia Brown, aged 69, wife of William Brown, died suddenly Sunday morning. She had been an invalid for many years, but was considered in no immediate danger. Her husband was sitting by her bedside talking when she remarked that she felt tired and would sleep. After sititng silent for a few minutes, Mr. Brown noticed that she lay very still and upon examination found she had passed away. The deceased leaves a husband, one brother, Jacob Swain, of Brookville, one brother-in-law, A. S. Scott, several nieces, among whom is Mrs. Charles McGuire, of Richmond. Charles Scott of this place is a nephew and George Brown of Richmond is another. Mr. and Mrs. Brown celebrated their golden wedding two years ago. "Aunt Lydia," as she was familiarly called, was most dearly loved by all her friends. Her husband is greatly affected by the loss of his life's companion.

The funeral will be Wednesday at 2 p. m. at the house. The deceased wa a member of the Christian church and the Rev. Joyce will officiate. The burial will be in Spring Lawn.
