Will and Probate for Theodore E. Button

I, Theodore E. Button, of the City and County of Schenectady, N.Y. do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament that is to say:

First, After the payment of all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Anna E. Button, all my property both real and persoal whi I may have or be entitles to at the time of my death, to her and her heris forever.

Second, Likewise I nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife, Anna E. Button, to be sole executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 6th day of March 1899.

The foregoing insturment, written on sheet of paper was on the day it bears date, signed, published and declared by the testator, in our presence to be the last will and testament, and ? at his request and in his presence, and in the presence of each other have subscirbed ur names as witnesses hereto, this 6th day of March 1899.
