Ann "Carter" Pyle of Kansas City, MO., passed away Saturday November 3, 2007. Funeral services will be Thursday November 8, 2007 at 2 p.m. at D.W. Newcomer's Floral Hills Chapel with visitation from 1 until 2 p.m. in the chapel. Burial Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Ann was born October 30, 1920 in Kansas City, MO., to Robert Franklin Carter and Jennie May Mackintosh. She was a veteran having served in the Women's Army Corps "WACS" during WWII. She then worked for Unity in their Bindery Department. Ann was employed for 30 years with the Kansas City Stockyards. She was a member of the Santa Fe Hills Baptist Church. Ann is survived by two sisters Elizabeth Gaston of Shawnee, KS., and Jessie M. Mueller of Kansas City, MO. as well as numerous Nieces and Nephews.
