Memorial services for William F. McLaughlin, 57, 0f 1101 Merrill st., Winnetka, who died Saturday in St. Luke's hospital, will be held at 4 p. m. Thursday in St. Andrew's chapel of St. James' church, Wabash av. and Huron st. Mr. McLaughlin, an attorney, was counsel for the Chicago transit authority and a former assistant state's attorney. He attended Culver Military academy, the University of Chicago, and the Northwestern university law school and was a calvary officer in World War I. His widow, Miriam; a sister, Mrs. Roswell Mower, and a daughter, Harriet, survive.

SAUGATUCK — Graveside services will be held in Plummerville cemetery, at 11 a.m. Thursday for Mrs. Miriam McLaughlin, 73, of 3081 Lakeshore Dr., Douglas, who died Monday in Holland Hospital following a six-month illness. The Rev. Henry Clay Alexander will officiate.

Born in Chicago, she moved to Douglas eight years ago from Winnetka, Ill., after being a Douglas summer resident most of her life.

Surviving are a son, George William Bolling III of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. and two grandchildren.

Arrangements are by the Chappell Funeral Home, Saugatuck.
