ARTHUR J. HOGETVEDT

Services for Arthur J. Hogetvedt, 40, 3004 46th Av. N., Robbinsdale, who died Jan. 5, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Victory Lutheran Church, 43rd and Thomas Av. N., with burial at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.

Mr. Hogetvedt was inspector of manufacturing quality at Honeywell Inc. and a member of the Honeywell Minn-regs.

Survivors include the widow, Nancy; sons, George, Charles, Jonathan and Douglas; daughter, Deborah; mother, Mrs. Dora Sagmo, Minneapolis; brothers, William, Spring Lake Park, and Lester, Minneapolis; sisters, Mrs. Hazel Adams, Grand Rapids, Mrs. Florence Anderson, Seattle, Mrs. Roma Kleven, San Diego, and Mrs. Leona Parshall, Mrs. Doris Fournier and Miss Betty Hogetvedt, Minneapolis.

Reviewal will be after 6 p.m. at the Washburn McReavy Southeast Chapel. The family prefers memorials to the Victory Lutheran Church.

Hogetvedt, Nancy Alden Cook

age 88, of Robbinsdale, MN, passed away on April 4, 2014. Preceded in death by husband Arthur. Survived by 5 children, 5 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and longtime friend and companion Ray. Nancy raised 5 children and worked for General Mills for 20 years. Upon retiring, Nancy embarked on a new career in the theater arts she loved so much, performing in several plays. Combined with her extensive traveling, she enjoyed her time. Nancy faced the end of her life with the same grace, dignity, courage, and independence that defined her as a person. She passed from this life to be with the Lord peacefully in her home of 67 years, in the presence of loved ones and members of the hospice team who cared for her. Private services have been held.
