May Dillow's voyage down the stream of marital bliss was a tempestuous one, if her petition for divorce filed in common pleas court yesterday may be accepted as setting forth facts only.
Feb. 27, 1894, she married Frank Harry Dillow. While they were living on Holmden avenue he pursued her with a hammer, threatening to kill her. Later, when they were living on Rosedale avenue, he assaulted and beat her. Further, she says, when their second child was three weeks of age, he placed her and her two babies on a moving van with the household furniture and cast them adrift. On top of all this, she accuses him of being enamored of another woman, and she charges this unlawful liason of his as the cause of all her trouble.
