Mr. and Mrs. J. G. Bowen announce the marriage of their daughter, Hazel W. Bown, to Edward Donaldson, which took place Wednesday evening at 8 o'clock at the home of the bride. The Rev. T. W. Grafton, pastor of the Third Christian church, performed the ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Donaldson have gone to Chicago. They will make their home in Indianapolis.

Edward Donaldson Rites Saturday

Rites for Edward Donaldson, 73, 24 E. 40th, insurance underwriter, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Flanner & Buchanan Fall Creek Mortuary.

Donaldson died yesterday in Methodist Hospital.

He had been in the insurance and bonding business since 1913, when he came to Indianapolis from his native Montezuma. He retired in 1966 as manager of the civil bonding department of the United Bonding Co.

Donaldson was a member of Third Christian Church and its Christian Menbuilders Class.

Survivors — widow Hazel B.; son Robert E.; daughter Mrs. Robert E. Fisher.

Widow of the late Edward, graduate of Indiana University, member of the First Christian Church. Survivors are son Robert E. of Houston, Texas, 1 daughter, Mrs. Mary Helen Fisher of Lansing, 6 grandchildren. Religious services will be conducted by Rev. Donald L. Booher at 9 a.m. Wed. at the Estes Leadley Colonial Chapel with interment in South Cemetery Danville, Indiana at 3 p.m. Wed.
