GERALD D. ELLIOTT
Gerald D. Elliott, 79, Harrisonville, Mo., formerly of Kansas City, died Monday in a nursing home in Warrensburg, Mo. He was born near Garden City, Mo.; lived in the Kansas City area for six years, and lived in Latour, Mo., before he moved to Harrisonville in 1982. Mr. Elliott was a farmer and stockman and retired in 1982. He attended the Latour Presbyterian Church. He was a member of the Index Masonic Lodge, Garden City. He leaves two sons, Jerry D. Elliott and Jimmy F. Elliott of Warrensburg; a daughter, Mrs. Jo Ann E. Landers, Oklahoma City; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Dickey Chapel, Garden City; burial in the Garden City Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at the chapel, where Masonic services will be at 8 p.m. The family suggests contributions to the Index Masonic Lodge, Garden City.
