Ceremony Is Read In North

A quiet ceremony at 4 o'clock on the afternoon of July 6 at the Laurelhurst Christian church, Portland, Ore., united in marriage Miss Pauline Knepp, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Knepp, formerly of Fullerton and now of Edmondton, Alberta, and Harold O. Ervin, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. N. Ervin of 546 Wisconsin street. The ceremony was read by the pastor of the church, the Rev. Eaton, before an intimate group of relatives and close friends of the couple.

The couple left for a brief honeymoon trip to Longview, Wash., and are now at home at 750 E. Everett street, Portland, Ore. Mr. Ervin is assistant chemist for the Portland Gas company.

The bride was graduated from Pomona high school with the class of '26. Mr. Ervin was graduated from Yakima high school and attended Pomona junior college. He was graduated in June from Oregon State college at Corvallis where the bride was a special student.

The couple's engagement was made known i the spring at a Valentine party.

The bride is a member of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority and the bridegroom is affiliated with the Pyroko club.

The bride's parents attended the ceremony en rout to Edmondton where they will reside.
