Ervin, Margaret E. Young, died July 10, 1887. Born near Staunton, August Co, Virginia April 15, 1814. Came to Ohio in October 1832, to Wayne Co, Indiana in 1833. Married February 14, 1842 to Peyton Ervin. In April 1842 went to Highland Co near Hillsboro. In fall of 1843 to Wayne Co and in the fall of 1846 came to Preble Co, near New Paris, and to present home in 1860. Husband died September 25, 1883. Presbyterian. One of 6 children. Leaves brother. Had 3 sons and 2 daughters; a daughter preceded her and a son is out west. Buried Springlawn.
