Katherine Collins and Edison D. Fisher, members of this year's graduating class who are now interning at the White Memorial hospital, were married on June 17, friends in Loma Linda have learned.

Calimesa - Edison David Fisher M.D., 83, died July 24, 1989. He was born June 21, 1903, in Deshler, Ohio, and worked as a Neurologist. He graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 1935, and became an author, teacher and professor emeritus of neurology, was professor at White Memorial Hospital in Los Angeles for 36 years, and Veteran of World War II, having served in the US Army.
Survivors include: his wife, Katherine Fisher, MD of Loma Linda; two sons, David Edison Fisher, MD of Redlands and Newton Edgar Fisher of La Sierra; four grandchildren, David, Jon, Bryan and Bradley.
Memorial Service will be 11:00 a.m., Sunday, July 30, 1989, at Loma Linda University Chapel.
Interment will be private at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Park, Riverside.

Dr. Katherine C. Fisher, 82, of Loma Linda died of kidney failure Friday at Loma Linda Community Hospital.
Fisher, a native of Riverside, lived in Loma Linda three years. She was a former resident of Calimesa. She was a 1935 graduate of Loma Linda University Medical School, and she was an anesthesiologist and an internist. She was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Calimesa.
She is survived by two sons, David of Redlands, also a doctor, and Newton of Loma Linda; a sister, Vera Hunnicutt of Riverside; and four grandchildren.
Memorial services are 1 p.m. Sunday at Cortner Pierce Bros., 221 Brookside Ave., Redlands. Burial will be private.
