LOIS S. HART, 82, of Tampa died Sunday. A native of Williamsburg, Ky., she moved to the area from Wayne, Neb., in 1953. She was a homemaker and member of Keystone United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Donald; three sons, Robert of Odessa, Donald Jr. of Tampa and Thomas of Ormond Beach; a daughter, Deborah of Tallahassee; a brother, Joseph Snyder of Williamsburg; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
