Aunts' Musicale Marks Wedding of Deb Graduate
Following their honeymoon, Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Woodford (Lucile Hornby) will be at home to their friends at 421 North Vendome street.
The wedding took place July 3 at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph W. Hornby, with Dr. James Fifield officiating. Mrs. Percy Woodford was matron of honor and Misses Virginia Thatcher and Frances Woodford assisted as bridesmaids. Percy Woodford served his brother as best man.
The wedding was preceded by a short musicale, given by the bride's two aunts, Eleanore Woodford and Gladys Knesel Thatcher.
Mrs. Woodford, former president of the Cultural Arts Club, was graduated from Los Angeles Junior College in June. Mr. Woodford is the son of Mrs. Alice Woodford of Halifax, Canada.
