Service set for Samuel Lashbrook
Services will be held Monday at 3:45 p.m. in a chapel of Rose Hills Mortuary, Whittier, for Samuel Lashbrook, former harbor shipping executive who died thursday at the age of 68.
Mr. Lashbrook was vice president and general manager of Overseas Shipping Company from its inception in 1951, until his retirement in 1969.
Surviving are his widow, Gladys, of the Seal Beach family residence, and three married daughters.
