The marriage of Miss Clara Myrick, daughter of Mrs. E. E. Ball, of South Fifteenth street, and Clarence W. Taylor, of Cincinnati, will take place today at the parsonage of the First English Lutheran church, the Rev. F. A. Dressel officiating. Immediately following the ceremony the bridal couple will leave on a motor trip and will later have their residence in Cincinnati. Miss Myrick, who is the granddaughter of Mrs. B. B. Myrick, of North Eleventh street, has taken an active part in the social and professional life of the community.

Announcement is made of the marriage of Mrs. Clara Taylor, to Willard Morgan, both of this city, which took place on Saturday, March 12 at Newport, Ky.
Mrs. Morgan who is the daughter of Mrs. Edgar Ball has been connected with the offices of the Automotive Gear Works. She is president of the Virginia Asher Business Women's council of this city. Mr. Morgan is employed at the Palladium-Item Publishing corporation.

Clarence W. Taylor, who was killed Monday in an automobile accident at Cincinnati, was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jospeh Taylor of Richmond. He graduated at Morton high school and was well known here. He was married in August to Miss Clara Myrick, also of Richmond.

Clara Mansur Morgan, 85, 34 N.W. Fifth St. Interfaith Apartments, died Wednesday at Reid Memorial Hospital, after a short illness.
She was a native of Muncie and was a lifelong resident of Richmond. She was a graduate of Morton High School and was a long-time member and former secretary of Reid Memorial Presbyterian Church. She also was a former member of the Business & Professional Women's Organization. Her husband, Willard R. Morgan, died in 1969.
Survivors include one son, William Reid Morgan of Indianapolis; two grandchildren; two brothers, Eugene Ball of Van Nuys, Calif., and Richard Ball of Palm Desert, Calif. One brother, Reid Myrick, is deceased.
Service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, with the Rev. Richard T. Smith officiating. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Reid Memorial Presbyterian Church.
