He married VERA MILDRED VICTORIA SUITOR on January 6, 1944 in Washington, District of Columbia.⁹⁶⁵² She was born February 2, 1917 in Aurelia, Cherokee, Iowa,⁴⁵³² and died January 12, 1999.⁴⁵³² She is buried in Stow Cemetery, Summit County, Ohio.⁴⁵⁶
