State College Instructor Weds

LAS CRUCES, June 15 (AP) — J. C. Overpeck, professor of agronomy at New Mexico State college, and Miss Ruth Morgan, former Las Cruces and Artesia high school teacher, were married yesterday in Boston, Mass., announcements to friends here revealed today.

Miss Morgan, a graduate of New Mexico university, took her masters of arts degree at Columbia university and for the last two years has been instructor at Simmons college in Boston.

Prof. Overpeck was graduated from Purdue university and received his M. A. degree from Ohio State. He was assistant professor of agronomy at Wyoming university for three years and professor of agronomy at State college for the last 14 years.

The couple will live in Las Cruces.
