Will and Probate for Anna T. Reid

Know all men by these presents, That I, Ann T. Reid, of the City of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills and codicils by me made.

ITEM 1. After my death I will and direct that all my real and personal property be, by my executor, sold and converted into money, and that after the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses, expenses of last sickness and of administration, that the proceeds derived from said property be divided as follows:

1. To my grand-daughter, Florence Penland, twenty-five dollars ($25.)

2. To my grand-son, Harry Penland, twenty-five dollars ($25.)

3. To my nurse twenty-five dollars ($25.)

4. That the residue of all my said money and property remaining after the payment of my said debs and legacies aforesaid, be, by my executor, paid to my son William S. Reid, absolutely and in fee simple.

ITEM 2. I hereby nominate and appoint James P. Reid, of Richmond, Ind. executor of this my will.
