Will and Probate for William S. Reid

Wayne County, Indiana, March 12, 1890⁶⁴⁹⁸

In the name of the benevolent Father of all I, William S. Reid, do make and publish this my last will and testament.

I give and devise to my beloved wife Sarah Jane Reid, all the property Real and Personal, of which I may be possessed at the time of my decease, said property to be held by her in fee simple, and for her own benefit and use. I desire in case of my death before my wife Sarah Jane Reid, that she shall be the Executrix of my estate, and shall not be required to execute any bond for the discharge of her duties as such Executrix.
