Washington County, Arkansas, October 14, 192912766

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, Inez M. Risser, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, but mindful of the uncertainties of life, do hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and annulling any [and] all other will by me made whatsoever.

First: It is my will that as soon after my demise as practicable, all my just debts, and all debts against my estate, including funeral expenses and costs of administration shall be first paid out of my estate.

Second; I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved husband, Julius O. Risser, for and during his natural life, all the rest and residue of my estate of every kind and nature whatsoever.

Third: At the demise of my said husband should he survive me, or at the demise of myself should he not be living then, I give, devise and bequeath to my children, Thomas S. Risser and Elizabeth R. Rhodes, each, an undivided one-third of the residue of my estate, both real and personal.

Fourth: All the rest and residue of my estate, real and personal, after the provisions mention and set forth, in items 1, 2, and 3, above have been carried out, I give, devise and bequeath unto my children Fred S. Risser, Helen G. Ferguson, and Mary R. Penick, share and share alike.

Fifth: In as much as Harriet Risser (widow of John T. Risser) has been generously provided with a legacy from an uncle, I therefore, make no bequest to her in this will.

Sixth: I hereby appoint my beloved husband, Julius O. Risser, to be the executor of this my last will and testament.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I hereunto subscribe my name, in the presence of the subscribing witnesses named below, at Fayetteville, Arkansas, on this the 24th day of July A.D. 1928.

Inez M. Risser
