The home was lovely in its decorations and the more than one hundred interested frineds made the scene a very happy, animated one. Rev. F. B. Clausen, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran church, officiated. The bride was given away by her father, Mr. H. A. Kure, Sr. The maid of honor was Miss Alma Miller, and Dr. Russell Bellamy was best man. Little Miss Ellen Kure, daughter of Mr. and MRs. H. A. Kure, Jr., was ring bearer. Messrs. George Catlett and Lawrence Kure were ushers. Following the ceremony there was a brief reception and the couple left on the 6:45 train for Harrisonburg, Va., and other points North, on their honeymoon. They will return to the city in about ten days and for a time will be at home at No. 314 Nun street. The event was full of interest for a large number of friends of both bride and groom, whose popularity was indicated by numerous presents.

The color scheme of pink and white was carried out in the decorations, which were in charge of Mr. Will Rehder, the well known florist. The bride wore a travelling suit of buff colored chiffon broadcloth, with hat and gloves to match, while the maid of honor, Miss Miller, wore pink chiffon over pink satin. Lohengrin's wedding march was rendered by Mrs. A. J. Miller.
