ORLANDO BALDWIN STANLEY, son of CHARLOTTE BALDWIN and SAMUEL STANLEY, was born February 15, 1836 in Madison, Lake, Ohio,^{456, 7288} and died February 12, 1904 in Marshalltown, Marshall, Iowa.⁴⁵⁶ He is buried in Iowa Veterans Home Cemetery, Marshalltown, Marshall, Iowa.⁴⁵⁶

He married ELIZA JANE MCNEIL on March 5, 1857 in Warren County, Illinois.⁴⁶³⁵

Stanley

Orlando E. Stanley, aged 67 years, died at the Soldiers' Home Friday of Bright's disease. The funeral was held this afternoon at 3 o'clock at the home. Stanley was born in Lake county, Ohio, Feb. 15, 1836, and was a veteran of Company B, Twelfth Illinois cavalry, having enlisted at Chicago Jan. 1, 1862. He was discharged Nov. 20, 1862 at the same place, and entered the Home from Cambridge, on Jan. 15, of this year. He leaves one son, Alexis, whose whereabouts are unknown. Upon his admittance the Home authorities were instructed to notify Lucille and Byron Atland, of Cambridge, in case of his death.
