Miss Doris Marian MacGregor, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. Bruce MacGregor, Lemoyne, will become the bride of Olin Wells taylor, son of Mrs. Nellie Taylor, Middletown, tomorrow afternoon at 4 o'clock.
Rev. Dr. L. A. Bush, pastor, will perform the ceremony in St. John's Lutheran Church, Boiling Springs. Music for the wedding will be played by William Trego. The bride's brother, Charles MacGregor, will sing.
Miss MacGregor will be given in marriage by her father and she will have Mrs. Robert Kunkle, of Carlisle, as matron of honor. Miss Rebecca Heffelfingerwill be maid of honor and bridesmaids will be Miss Frances Homan and Miss Veronica Verchick. Junior bridesmaid will be the bride's sister, Miss Florence Alice MacGregor and flower girl will be Joan Cain, of Middletown.
Best man will be the bride's brother, H. Bruce MacGregor, Jr., and ushers will include Earl Keller, George Leininger, John Wilt and Paul Beard. A reception will be held in the social rooms of the church following the ceremony.
Miss Macgregor, a graduate of Boiling Springs High School, is employed at Middletown Air Depot. Mr. Taylor was graduated from Middletown High School and is employed at Middletown Air Depot. The pair will make their home at Middletown.

WARNER ROBINS — Olin W. Taylor, 88, passed away on June 22, 2009 at his residence. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, at the Perry Presbyterian Church with interment in Andersonville National Cemetery with military honors. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at the church. The family suggests contributions to the Issues and Answers Sunday School Class at the Centerville United Methodist Church.
Born in PA, he was the son of the late Earl ad Nellie Armitage Taylor. He had lived in Houston County since 1965. Mr. Taylor was a United States Air Force Veteran having service in W.W. II. He was a member of the American Legion and the VFW. A retired Civil Servant from Robins Air Force Base, he was a member of NARFE and a Mason (Middletown Lodge, PA) and a member of the Centerville United Methodist Church. He also was retired from the Houston County School System as a Driver's Education Instructor. Survivors include his wife, Doris Taylor; sn, Jeffrey Taylor (Debra) of Mt Airy, MD; grandchildren, Matthew Taylor, Michelle Taylor, and Allison T. Bolling (Troy).

MT. AIRY, MD — Doris Marion MacGregor Taylor, 89, of Mount Airy, Maryland died Tuesday, April 24, 2012 following a brief illness. Born November 20, 1922 in Carlisle, PA, she was the daughter of the late Bruce and Florence Stambaugh MacGregor. She was the wife of the late Olin Wells Taylor, her husband of sixty five years who died June 22, 2009. Prior to his death, the couple lived for 45 years in Perry, GA and the surrounding area.
Doris is survived by her son: Dr. Jeffrey L. Taylor and wife Debra of Mount Airy; grandchildren, Matthew C. Taylor and his fiancee Stephanie LeBrun of Frederick, Allison Taylor Bolling and husband Troy of Baltimore, and Michelle Taylor of Mount Airy; and great-granddaughters: Carriemarie and Aubrey Bolling. She is also survived by a sister, Florence Alice Sultzaberger, of Mechanicsburg, PA. Doris was preceded in death by two brothers, Bruce MacGregor, Jr. and Charles MacGregor and sister-in-law Denise MacGregor.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 2 at 11:00 A.M. at Calvary United Methodist Church, Mount Airy. According to her wishes, Doris was cremated and interment will take place at a later date in Andersonville National Cemetery in Georgia.
