ALLRED-WALLACE

Yesterday afternoon at a quiet home wedding, Miss Edith Allred became the bride of William H. Wallace. The marriage took place at one o'clock at the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. A. Webb at 422 Creek avenue, Rev. Charles Hulme, pastor of the First Christian church, reading the service.

The bride was attired in a traveling suit of dark blue cloth and wore a corsage bouquet of brides roses. Only a few relatives and very close friends were present to witness the ceremony. They included the bride's parents and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Allred and Miss Allred, of Pryor, Okla., Mr. and Mrs. A. Webb, Mrs. S. J. Plummer and Miss Velva Elder. Immediately after the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Wallace left for Denver, where they will spend two or three weeks. They will return to Bartlesville to make their home at 1005 Johnstone avenue. Mrs. Wallace has been employed by the Empire Gas & Fuel company in the auto service department during the last three years. She resigned her position a few days ago. Mr. Wallace is connected with the Empire company in the stores department.

WILLIAM H. WALLACE

William H. Wallace, 76, of 409 East Armour, died yesterday at a nursing home at 4125 Rainbow, Kansas City, Kansas. He was born in Independence, Kas., and had lived here 35 years. Mr. Wallace was retired as a buyer for the Great Lakes Pipeline company. He was a member of the Community Christian church. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Edith B. Wallace of the home. Services and burial will be Wednesday in Pryor, Okla.
