Will and Probate for Eliza S. White

I, Eliza Scott, of Richmond, Indiana, do make and publish this as my last will and Testament, to-wit: I do direct that all of my debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of my estate, and the balance of my property, whether real, personal or mixed, and wherever situated, which I may own or in which I may have any interest at the time of my death, I do hereby bequeat and devise unto my son, Gilbert H. Scott, of Richmond, Indiana, absolutely and forever.

In witness whereof, I now sign and subscribe my name at Richmond, Indiana, this 25th day of July, 1917.
