Bernard J. Young

Bernard J. Young, 92, a resident of Heritage House of Richmond, died there Saturday, Feb. 12, after along illness.

He was born April 30, 1901, in New Paris, Ohio, to Howard and Julia Young, and had lived in this area all his life. He had owned and operated the former H.N. Young Insurance Agency on Main Street for many years. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Katherine S. Young; one niece and one nephew.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m Thursday, Feb. 17, at St. Mary Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery. There will be no public calling. Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
